Synergy Motorsport was established in 2008 with a focus on developing young drivers through the ranks of Formula Ford racing.

The name Synergy was chosen to reflect the vision of founder Justin Cotter. This vision is to build the support services required to effectively support the development of young drivers. This is done by ensuring that the right ingredients of choice of car, car preparation, and driver coaching combine to provide the best environment to progress driver ability.

Based in Sydney, Australia, the Synergy team travel the country to support its drivers utilising its own purpose built transporter.

Synergy Motorsport works closely with its corporate partners to assist young drivers in reaching their potential.

The Synergy Motorsport report card has been impressive with multiple state and national Formula Ford championship wins.
