Under the guidance of Justin Cotter, a team of support staff are employed to assist with the track activities. These staff are both experienced and committed in providing the best support for drivers.

Our drivers are encouraged to work as a team to assist each other in their development. This not only encourages a good team environment but instils a “team” attitude that is a critical aspect of professional motor racing.
